Refund Policy

At KBeads we want to make sure that every customer feels as much joy with their product as we had making it. We understand that sometimes, that does not happen and we want to rectify that if it does. So we offer exchanges and refunds.
Product Exchanges
If the product received by the Customer is damaged, not satisfactory, or breaks a Product Exchange is valid up to 14 days from delivery date.

Proof of product damage/breakage required. Pictures must be sent via email: kbeads411@gmail.com
Refunds
If a Product Exchange is not desired, a refund is offered for up to 14 days upon receipt of the Product being returned back to KBeads.
